Resource CRUD Nodes
Create, update, delete, and query Resource Items from workflows.
The CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) nodes let workflows operate on your Resources as first-class data - syncing external systems, mass-updating records, or generating items automatically.
All field values are passed as JSON keyed by the Resource Field's Key (not its label).
Create Resource
Inserts a new item into a Resource and outputs the created item (including its generated ID).

Changes field values on an existing item. Only the keys you provide are touched; everything else stays untouched.

Delete Resource
Removes an item permanently.

Deletion is permanent
A deleted Resource Item cannot be recovered by re-running the workflow.
Query Resources
Filters a Resource's items and returns the matches as data for downstream nodes - the workhorse for "find all open high-priority tickets" style logic.
